VI Series Industrial fans are designed for use in factories, steel mills, machine shops or anywhere large volumes of warm or stagnant air must be removed. Standard units are available from 1/3 HP to 5 HP (4,100 CFM to 43,100 CFM). VI fans feature extra-heavy-duty steel components & frame with a unique fastening system for easy field adjustment. The painted surfaces have a durable powder-coat finish.

Incorporates the motor and bearing mounts along with a super efficient Belt Tensioner to enhance the life of the motor. It is standard equipment on the VI 2412 through the VI 4816. Fans with motors larger than 11/2 HP have the standard stationary motor and bearing mounts.

Thank you for your question. These unit are not meant to be hooked up duct work, as they can only handle about .25" static pressure. If the duct work is very short (under 5'), you should be ok,
