BUILD-TO-ORDER: Many of our products are made for you when you order them. Please check the projected build times on the product page before ordering. (The product build time represented is only a typical number of days the manufacturer states it needs to build the product when ordered. Build times are based on business days; excludes weekends & holidays.) Time in shipping is in addition to the build time. A standard ship time is 5 to 7 business days. If an order has multiple items they may ship from different locations and be subject to their own separate build times and times in transit.

DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS: Carefully enter your physical shipping address. Any additional shipping costs for mistyped addresses will the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to P.O. boxes.

FREE SHIPPING PROGRAM: Applies to orders over $75, shipping to a single destination in the lower 48 United States. Standard shipping costs for UPS, Fed Ex or by Freight are eligible. Any additional delivery fees necessary for freight delivery will be the responsibility of the customer, including Residential Delivery, Farm-Ranch Delivery, Lift Gate Services, Limited Access Locations, or Island Counties. WARRANTY: All warranties are issued to the customer by the original manufacturer(s) and not by Industrial Fans Direct. Items must be returned to the manufacturer(s) for evaluation and adjustments. Warranty is void if shipped outside the United States and Canada. 

RETURNS: All return must be pre-approved by Industrial Fans Direct within 30 days of delivery. Returns may be subject to a manufacturer imposed 25%-40% restocking fee depending on manufacturer. Build to order items, explosion proof equipment and Triangle manufacturing products, if not deemed to be damaged or defective, are neither returnable or refundable. For more details see our product return page CLICK HERE

CANCELLATIONS: Orders must be canceled within 48 hours of original order time or will be subject to a 15% -25% cancellation fee. Non-stock, build-to-order, special build items or explosion proof equipment, cannot be cancelled or returned after 72 hours. Orders that have shipped are no longer able to be cancelled.

CHECK FOR DAMAGE: It is imperative that you report any damage or missing items from your order IMMEDIATELY.  Note: If an order has multiple items they may ship from different locations and be subject to their own separate build times and times in transit.

FREIGHT DELIVERY: Before signing the Bill of Lading for your shipment, you must thoroughly inspect your shipment for damage. This may include holes, rips or tears to the carton or packaging that may indicate hidden damage.

IF DAMAGED: If there is damage apparent on the carton, packaging or product(s) you can sign the Bill of Lading as “DAMAGED” and accept the shipment, or refuse the shipment due to freight damage. Please take several photos of damage, to both packaging and or product, in case proof is necessary for a damage claim. Damage reported after 48 hours will not necessarily receive a refund or replacement.

UPS or FED EX DELIVERY: please inspect your package at time of delivery. This will require that you open the shipping container, to inspect for damage or missing items. Please take several photos of damage, to both packaging and or product, in case proof is necessary for a damage claim. ORDERS WITH MULTIPLE ITEMS: If an order has multiple items they may ship from different locations and be subject to their own separate build times and times in transit. You may receive more than shipment.

INSTALLATION: Industrial Fans Direct is not responsible for any costs associated with installation, removal or repair of any products.
