Can these fans be rewired to single phase 208-240V? Or is there a similar model that is 220V capable?

Thank you for your question. This model is dual voltage, and can be used with 208-240V as well as 120V.

Do the shutters close and open automatically and is it quiet.

The shutters on this fan do automatically open and close based on the fan being On or Off. The fan is fairly quiet for a 24" exhaust fan. 70 decibels at 5' away.
