Is this fan UL Listed?

The fan as a whole is not UL listed, but the motor used on this fan is Ul and CSA listed.
I need a wiring Diagram for the 120v 1ph version of this fan. I ordered it and have installed the fan and my customer has hired an electrical contractor to wire the fan and he wants to see a wiring diagram.
