QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Ask a Question-
This fan says it's variable speed. What makes it run at one speed or another speed? Is there a variable speed voltage controller with a knob to turn it to various speeds or does it have some kind of thermostat controller? I'm looking to have a switch on the wall that controls the speed of the fan by turning it one way to run faster and the other way to run slower. Will this fan work that way or please tell me which fan that puts out around 5000 cfm has it's speed controlled just by turning a knob. Like a dimmer switch but capable of handling 15 to 20 amps or 4000 watts
Thank you for your question. This unit is controlled via a separate wall control as you described. This unit pulls 4.8 amps, so a 10 amp control should work.
