Looking at the fan what way does he fan turn to exhaust the building? I bought this fan & did not realize it was dual voltage.
If you are facing the blade side of the fan, the blade should be roataing clock-wise when on. This is for exhaust or pulling the air out of the room or space..

what size wall shutter fan is required for a garage 50 ft wide x 50 ft long x 18ft high
You have a total of 45,000 cubic feet of air in this space. 6500 CFM would exchange the air approx. one time per 7 minutes, which is fairly typical for your application. You may want to look at two fans doing roughly 3500 CFM each.
-
My building is 36x64 with a 16 foot sidewall is this fan big enough to exhaust my space?
The cubic feet of your area is approx. 37,000. This fan would only exchange the air in your building approx. once every 15 to 17 minutes. It is typically suggested to exchange the air in a warehouse type buildiing once every 7 minutes or less. This would require approx. 5,300 CFM.

Is the motor brushless?
