I am looking for a affordable alternative to the big ass fans. I am building a 30x40 personal shop would this be a good option for these circumstances?

The ICF96 ceiling fans are a very popular low cost circulator. Even if you had to run two units, this would still be a cost savings.
do yall sell a wall mount remote and a light kit for this fan and if so how much

Unfortunately there is not a light kit or wall mounted control avaialable for this unit.
However, the NFC8SLV does have these options and is also a good quality product.

according to the specifications, blades are 96" . confirm please, 96" each? or 96" total diameter of the assembled fan with blades?

Thank you for your email. The overall diameter of the fan is 96", so each blade is a little less than 48" accounting for the center hub.
What is the total height of this fan w a 6" down rod? We have a 13' high ceiling and are trying to find out if this will give us enough clearance.

Hi. We have a total of 4200sqft industrial facility. We need to cover about 3500sqft warehouse space. How many fans would I need? How much sqft does 1 fan cover? Also, the ceiling is 20ft high, is 6”downrod enough or would I need an extender, if so what size?

The Zephyr96 (NFC8SLV) is a better version of the ICF96UPS. The Zephyr96 produces more CFM and comes standard with a 12" downrod. It would be suggested to use 2 of the Zephyr96 fan units in this space for good coverage.
What ceiling height is optimal? Will 10 ft work?

The 1733 sq. ft. coverage is based on 15 ft. ceilings. At 10 ft. the sq. feet of coverage will be reduced.

The coverage area for the ICF96 is 1700 sq. ft.

This fan does not give a lot of breeze. The ICF96UPS is designed more for destratification of air at ceiling level. It is reversible, so it can draw heat up and away from ground level during summer months, or push heat down to ground level during Winter months.
Does this fan come in smaller sizes? i.e. 80” o do you have something smaller very similar?

We do offer the ICF72UPS Big Air Silver 72" industrial ceiling fan, but it is out of stock, and teh manufacturer does not know when they are going to be back in stock.
Do you have a 12" downrod for this fan?

No. The only downrod offered for this fan is 24" in length.
Is this fan motor rated for high dust environments? The specifications don't say whether the motor is fully enclosed. Also, will it handle the somewhat outdoor environment of being in a horse barn - ie, low temps during a Midwest winter, high humidity, high particulate, etc...?

This fan is "damp" rated but not outdoor rated. It should stand up to the dusty environment without issues.

Can you buy a 4-6 ft downrod for this fan?

These legths of downrods are not available for these fans. This can cause a wobble effect that can cause damage to the fan and/or objects around the fan.
