Machine shops, including those that work with wood, liquid, powder and sheet metal, ceramics, plastic and composites, produce a lot of dust during cutting and grinding operations. The machines also produce unhealthy exhaust gases that can contain carbon monoxide, and the equipment can increase the heat and humidity levels throughout the facility, leading to heat exhaustion, heat rash and heat stroke. Pedestal Fans

When you need spot cooling and air circulation, consider one or more of our pedestal fans. These fans can be plugged into a standard electrical outlet and placed anywhere you need them, including in offices, machine rooms, break rooms and near workstations so that your employees can work in a cool, comfortable environment that doesn’t increase their risk for heat exhaustion and heat stroke. Shutter Mounted Wall Exhaust Fans

Our shutter mounted wall exhaust fans can be either connected to your existing electrical system or plugged into a wall socket, depending on the type and style. These fans can be purchased with CFMs up to 75,000 or more so that you can vent hazardous gases, fumes, dust and heat and humidity immediately to the outdoors. These fans can be placed on any exterior wall, including in break rooms, equipment rooms and near heavy equipment.

Workstation Fans

Keep your individual workstations cool, comfortable and free of exhaust fumes with our large line of workstation fans. These medium to large fans have the ability to move between 1,201 and 7,500 cubic feet of air per minute, and they can be easily mounted to existing walls and poles so that you can keep your machine shop employees, cool, comfortable and safe from indoor air pollution.
