All Power Shutters include a shutter motor kit and aluminum extrusion frame with welded corners for extra strength. Is this shutter motorized open (switch "on"), spring closed (switch "off")?
Thank you for your question. This motor opens the shutter when energized, and closes them via spring tension when the power is turned off. There is no actual "switch" as it is meant to operate off of a thermostat or relay that is tied in with an exhaust or supply fan.
