I saw the fan is marked Class I, Division 1, Group D Class II, Division 1, Group F&G *NOTE - All models run at 3450 RPM. possible to have it T3C and thermistor for VFD application? possible to have a label with max/mn possible Hz indicated? possible to have motor datasheet and explosionproof certificate in advance to check with the customer if OK? Explosion proof motors are not designed to be anything other than single speed (not variable speed).

will this run off a 120 volt plug.... I see the motor is 115/230 volt rated; but sometimes this can mean that you need to run to hots (each 115 volt for a total of 230v) to run it
Yes you can use a 120v plug with this unit.
Note: plug must be expolosion proof if it is being plugged in the hazardous location room.
