What is the static pressur of the fan ? 0.25 "WG ou lower ?

Thank you for your question. The static pressure is the amount of restriction the air has when going through the fan. The higher the static pressure, the lower the effective CFM the fan can move.
I have 10 of these fans and just ordered 2 more, I am wondering if you sell parts for this model S18-F1 I am looking for a new fan blade and a spare motor. Thank you

What is the maximum operating temperature of this fan?

This fan, like many other fans, has an ambient temperature rating of 104 degrees F.

i just received this 1 speed Cananm fan and it is installed and working fine. But the directions seemed to indicate that I could put in a 2 step switch and have a high and low. The installer thought that was possible too. I would like to know if that is the case.

The instructions most likely cover all of the S and SD series fans. This particular fan uses a 1 speed motor On / Off. A 2 speed or variable speed controller should not be used with this fan.
I am about to order this Canarm single speed wall fan from you. It seems like it is one of the better built units, but is there something else you would recommend. I have a hot 3 car garage and a single speed is fine for application. Is there a simple on/off switch on the motor to turn it on and off, manual does not say. If not can a heavy duty power cord be attached to wiring instead of hard wire because I have a outlet above it in ceiling.

The S18-F1 is a very high quality fan. This fan does not come with an On / Off switch built in, since it is designed to be hard-wired to a switch. Yes, you or an electrical contractor can wire a 115 volt cord / plug to the fan.
