the fan will only be about 2'above 4 propane deep fryers will the motor withstand that kind of heat also we use these fryers for hours straight
AS long as the ambient temperature is 104 degrees F. the fan will work. If the ambient temperature is above this, the thermal protection on the motor will trip and the fan will cut out.
