What additional accessories would be required for a roof mount application and what thermostat would be required to control the fan?

In order to mount this fan on your roof, you will need a roof curb. There is a 12" high or an 18" high roof curb offered as a Highly Recommended Item on the fan page. The roof curbs offered are for flat roofs only. If you have a pitched roof, you will need to have a roof curb fabricated locally. The TF115 thermostat is a good popular model to use.
