I'm putting an exhaust fan in my garage gable area. Is this an electrical plug in (desired) or hard wire? What is low cfm (re var speed). Where do I control speed - remotely or on unit? What is noise level in decibels?

Thank you for your question. These units are hard wired, and use a wall mounted controller to control the speed (link below). Max RPM on these is 1700, and the lowest is approximatley 60% of max, so about 1000 rpm. The dB's are 67 at 5'.
