Can this come with a floor type “mount or stand”?

can this fan be mounted on a wall if so, will screws or lads be enough support to hold it

Yes, this can be mounted on a wall, and screws or lag bolts should be enough to support it provided that: the screws or lags are of sufficient diameter to support the weight and other forces on the fan, and that they are anchored into a solid support structure (metal or wood studs or equivalent).

Can you show me a pic of ceiling bracket? Does the 9ft. Cord plug into an out let or does it require a box?
The bracket is displayed on the fan picture itself. The plug is for standard home business 110 volt outlets.

This fan mounts in any position (using screws or bolts) with the mounting bracket included. The structure in which these fans are mounted need to be able to hold 22 lbs of weight.
