Step 2: A Customer Service Representative will contact you to confirm your request and begin the warranty process with the manufacturer.
This process may include additional questions from the manufacturer, requests for photos and videos and a technical support call with the manufacturer.
Step 3: The manufacturer will issue next steps depending on their findings. This may include a replacement part or a product being provided, a request for the defective product to be returned for repair or any other solution outlined in their warranty policy.
*Please note that the product warranties are provided by the manufacturer and not Industrial Fans Direct (IFD). IFD will help facilitate this warranty process with you. IFD is not in control of this process, the timeline or the final decision.
