Products damaged in shipping must be reported to Industrial Fans Direct within 24 hours of delivery.
* Please be aware that you may be asked to return the original shipment. Please keep the item and all packaging until given further instructions.
Step 1: Take photos.
Step 2: Fill out Damage Claim form below.
Step 3: A Customer Service Representative will contact you to confirm receipt and to begin the damage claim process with the shipping company.
Step 4: The Customer Service Representative will present you with options for rectifying the issue, including replacement, repair etc. Please be aware that lead/build times will apply to replacements and be a factor in the options provided.
