Flush-mounted exhaust fans made of heavy duty polyethylene that won't corrode or rust, and never needs painting. The polypropylene blades are also rust and corrosion resistant and are designed for efficiency and perfect balance. The shutters are constructed of white PVC with nylon bearings and are aero-dynamically efficient. The polyethylene flush-mounted exhaust fans have heavy duty, totally enclosed, thermally protected motors with pre-lubricated ball bearings and are specifically designed for energy efficiency.
Note: Manual controllers can be used on most of Schaefer single speed fans to adjust air flow from 20% to 100% of fan output capacity. They also have the ability to turn the fan completely off. Supplied in water tight electrical enclosure with approved connectors. See Accessories above to order.
FEATURES
Motors are totally enclosed, thermally protected, pre-lubricated ball bearings. Specially designed for less energy consumption.
Fan Blades use energy efficient polypropylene construction. Rust and corrosion resistant. Unique design allows for efficient operation and perfect balance.
The fan housing is heavy molded polyethylene construction. Won't rust or corrode-never needs painting. Easy-clean design. Lifetime warranty on fan housing.
All fans have a heavy gauge, welded wire, front and back guard which is PVC vinyl coated for corrosion resistance.
All-weather PVC shutters constructed of snow white poly materials and assembled with nylon bearings. Aerodynamically efficient.
